Reimagining Childbirth:
Reimagining Childbirth is our approach to traditional childbirth education classes in which you'll learn everything that the hospital won't teach you.  It is designed to equip you with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills for a confident and positive birth experience.

We recognize birth as a natural and healthy process, and will teach you how it can be an event that is beautiful, joyful, and empowering.  You'll learn about non-pharmacological comfort measures and the gate control theory, as well as the stages and phases of labor. We'll explore the role and purpose of pain in labor, helping you understand and manage it effectively. Additionally, we focus on strategies for building and maintaining confidence throughout the birthing process. Join us to embrace a holistic approach that empowers you and honors your intuition in childbirth.
